We offer USPS Priority Mail with delivery in 1-3 days for $8.70. Priority mail offers $100 of insurance protection. USPS First Class shipping is $3.50. We also ship USPS First Class FREE if your order is over $20. We do not currently ship internationally.

Our Navigator latitude longitude items are all hand made to order, so please allow approximately one week for production. All other items ship in one to two business days.

Items purchased through our retailers must be returned to the store. Custom Navigator items are refundable for defects in workmanship only.

Don’t wear your nylon Monkey Fist Earrings or I Love You bracelets in water. Remove your jewelry before exercise. good for you, bad for jewelry. Sweat will damage or remove the 14kt plating on your gold dipped items. Remove your jewelry before coming in contact with soap, lotions, perfumes or cleaning products that will damage your gold dipped items Gold dipped & fine silver dipped items (your Crew Cuff and Captain's Cord are fine silver dipped) should only be cleaned with a dry cloth. Sterling Silver pieces may be cleaned with silver polish or a polishing cloth. Use care when adjusting your Dory Cuff. Adjusting the fit by squeezing or pinching the cuff closed may lead to cracking and is not considered a manufacturing defect. Your jewelry will ship with care cards included.

The knots slide along the cord to adjust for a custom fit. If the knots feel stuck, a bit of lotion or soap on the cord should allow them to slide freely again.
